Vibeaxis Studio Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 2026
1. The Short Version
We make indie games and build developer tools. We are not a data broker, and we have zero interest in harvesting, selling, or analyzing your personal life. The transaction is simple: we make a game, you buy it, and you play it.
2. Divine Orbit & Our Games
When you play Divine Orbit or any of our other titles:
- Gameplay Data: Game saves and progress are stored locally on your machine or via your platform’s cloud saving feature (like Steam Cloud). We do not store your save files on our own servers.
- Telemetry & Tracking: We don’t embed invasive third-party trackers or ad software into our paid games.
- Crash Reports: If the game crashes and prompts you to send a report, that data strictly contains technical info (system specs, error logs) to help us fix the bug. It does not contain your personal files or identity.
3. The Vibeaxis Website & Tools
If you browse vibeaxis.com or use our web tools (like Adblock for Feelings or The Slop Index):
- We collect basic, anonymized web analytics (like page views) just to see if anyone is actually reading the devlogs or using the tools.
- We do not sell this data to advertisers.
4. Third-Party Platforms (Steam)
You likely bought our games through a storefront like Steam.
- Valve handles all the financial transactions. We do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or underlying account security details.
- Any data collected by Steam is governed by [Valve’s Privacy Policy].
5. Changes to This Policy
If we ever decide to build a massive multiplayer game that requires us to host user accounts on our own servers, we will update this policy to reflect that. Otherwise, it stays simple.
6. Contact Us
If you have questions about your data, need support for Divine Orbit, or just want to yell at us about a bug, you can reach out here:
