Who We Are & What We Do
VibeAxis is a tech-culture blog specializing in bold commentary, strong language, and the occasional reality check about AI and digital life. All views are our own. They are opinions, not certified life advice, legal counsel, or medical guidance. Use at your own risk.

You must be 13 years or older (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to browse or interact with the Site. By using the Site, you warrant that you meet this requirement.
User Conduct
While you’re here, you agree not to:

- Post or transmit hate speech, threats, or anything we’d be embarrassed to show our mothers.
- Spam, scrape, hack, or otherwise abuse our servers and community.
- Impersonate our team or other users.
- Copy-paste our articles without attribution or a backlink—robots do enough of that already.
We reserve the right to remove comments, ban accounts, or report suspicious activity if you break the rules.
Intellectual Property
- Our content: All articles, graphics, and branding on VibeAxis are protected by copyright and/or trademark. You may quote up to 100 words with a clear backlink. For anything more—ask first: adminai@vibeaxis.com.
- Your content: If you leave a comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that comment on the Site. You still own your words; we just need the right to keep them visible.
Third-Party Links & Ads
We link to external sites, embed videos, and display ads (e.g., Google AdSense). We aren’t liable for what happens once you leave VibeAxis. Read other sites’ policies and use common sense.
Affiliate Disclosure
Some links may be affiliate links. If you click and buy, we might earn a commission—at no extra cost to you. Cha-ching. We only plug stuff we genuinely think is worth your time (or at least entertaining).

Termination

Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Viable Media, LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the United States, Ohio.
Changes to These Terms
We can update these Terms when we feel like it (usually to stay legal or when AI rewrites the rulebook). When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date and, if the changes are material, notify users via the Site or email.
